RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY


What do I do if I want to return the goods?
Please choose carefully before you purchase items.  If your item is faulty please contact BBQS of the World immediately.  If we are unavailable please leave a message with your contact details and information relating to your call and we will return your call as soon as possible.


How do I return an item?
For faulty items, BBQS of the World offers a 14 day replacement warranty from the date you received the product.  If there is a problem with the product you have received please contact us.  Due to our high level of customer service we will always endeavour to keep customers happy and will assess each request on a case by case basis.
If your product is faulty, it will be replaced (if available) with an identical product.  If we are unable to replace the product at that time we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.  

When returning the product, please make sure you provide the following information:
  • Items returned must include all original items, manuals etc
  • Returned package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt
  • Reason why you are returning the item
  • Instructions on how you would like the issue resolved.

Restocking fee
We do not offer refunds or exchange if you change your mind.  Our restocking fee is 25% of the purchase cost.  Refunds or credits less the restocking fee will be processed using the same method as payment within 14 days of the item being returned.
