BAD ASS BBQ are a founding Teams, in Australian Competition BBQ. They found success quickly and amassed an enviable amount of awards. They soon created a reputation for being one of the most consistent performing teams on the Australian BBQ circuit. Competing not only in Australia but abroad, BADASS BBQ developed an extensive and diverse local knowledge base.

The Australian BBQ circuit became more and more competitive. Consequently, securing the right products was becoming tougher. BADASS BBQ set out to remove this problem once and for-all. By identifying this critical need, BAD ASS BBQ were able to formulate and produce Australia’s first full-range of Aussie-made competition BBQ injections. Tailor-made, well, for Aussies!
The development process spanned well over 12 months. With the assistance of Food Technologist, John Menzies, their products were refined. As a result and with proven results in competitions, the BAD ASS BBQ range of injections and rubs are simply, unbeatable!
About Injections: A general intro
BBQ injections are used worldwide by Competition BBQ teams and BBQ enthusiasts alike. Primarily to achieve perfectly tender and moist meat with every cook. Through the use of phosphates, which can bind moisture within the protein, which helps prevent meat from drying out during long cooking cycles.
Injections are applied using a BBQ Flavour Injector (Syringe) which can be found in our store. Using a grid pattern at roughly 2cm intervals for consistency, the solution is injected throughout the meat for even and predictable flavour.
