GrillGrates are reversible interlocking panels that fit across the surface of your grill.  Acting as a flame shield they allow more direct grilling at higher temperatures.  Use them in place of your exisiting grates or sit on top of them.

GrillGrates are made from hard anodised aluminium.  Therefore, they increase the cooking surface temperature, reduce fat flare ups, reduce hot and cold spots and deliver restaurant quality sear marks to your barbecued foods.

Grill gates interlock and sit on top of the grill area of your Yoder Smoker to form a high temperature grilling surface.  They are perfect for use on many different types of barbecues but these are specifically cut to length for the Yoder Smoker Pellet Grills & Louisiana Pellet Grills.
