Raspberry Jam Wood is a native WA wattle species named after its strong aroma resembling raspberry jam.  Endemic to Western Australia, Jam wood is commonly found in the southwest and through the Wheatbelt.

Jam wood chunks or logs will add fragrant smoke to your grilled foods.  Great to use when cooking most meats including pork, chicken, beef and lamb.
