The Yoder Smokers designed, Cast Iron Griddle or Skillet is a seriously heavy duty accessory.  Made with two different sides fo cooking in the YS480 and YS640 Pellet Grill.  The smooth side without ridges is perfect for bacon and eggs or pancakes while the side with raised edges is great for giving you those grill marks on your food.
