The Yoder Smokers pellet grill replacement thermocouple for the Yoder Smoker Pellet Grill series built after 27th Jan 2015.
A thermocouple regulates the set temperature in your Yoder Smoker. A thermocouple monitors the ambient temperature and controls the amount of pellets required to maintain the set temperature.
While it is uncommon for the thermocouple to fail, we recommend keeping one on hand. Especially restaurants, caterers, and competition teams. A spare thermocouple on hand could save the day. This will avoid any loss should the thermocouple fail. A thermocouple is critical to the operation of your pellet grill and will not function without it.
