Where do we deliver?

BBQS of the World can organise deliveries to most locations within Australia. You are required to provide a residential or business address for delivery. Some items are unable to be delivered to P.O. Boxes. We cannot deliver to some remote locations and you will be advised if this applies to you. We will advise you if alternate arrangements have to be made. If you are in a remote location and additional charges apply, you will be notified before the item is shipped to confirm that you would like to proceed with your purchase.

When will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries are made between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (local time) by a carrier selected by you at checkout or chosen by BBQS of the World. Not all carriers are able to transport all of the items we have available, and it is for this reason that BBQS of the World may need to choose the most appropriate carrier to deliver your goods.

Metropolitan Areas:

Estimated delivery time to Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Tasmania & Darwin metropolitan areas is 2 – 8 working days. You may or may not be contacted by the courier to confirm your delivery details and date for delivery.  It is for this reason you can select the option Authority to Leave.

Regional Areas:

Deliveries to areas outside of the metropolitan areas mentioned above have an estimated delivery time-frame of 5 – 15 working days depending upon your location.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days from receiving confirmation of despatch, please contact us via the Contact us online menu. To ensure we can locate your item efficiently please ensure you include your reference numbers and as much information as possible.

Delivery costs?

Delivery charges, where applicable, are calculated according to the weight and size of your order and delivery address. The live shipping calculator is provided on our website to give you the best possible price for shipping.

Receiving the goods

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery on the day, and  you have not selected Authority to Leave, the transport company will leave you a calling card advising you of what you need to do. BBQS of the World will not accept responsibility for the security of any package left at the premises under a special request or with approval from you for Authority to Leave. Please contact the nominated carrier and make suitable arrangements for the redelivery or collection of your goods from their premises.


We will refund the price or exchange any product that does not match your order or is faulty. You must notify us immediately by email giving reasonable detail of your claim and return the item to us within 14 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. If the product has a fault, provided you notify us when you discover the fault and have taken good care of the product, then you can return it to us in its original condition and we will exchange, replace or refund your purchase. This may depend upon the products individual warranty. We will not consider conditions caused by normal wear and tear or a failure to follow Care Instructions to be a fault.

If you change your mind and it is within 14 days of purchase, BBQs of the World will give you an exchange or store credit, providing the product is:

  1. a. In NEW, unused and resell-able condition with packaging (including manuals and accessories); and
  2. b. Not a sale, Auction or clearance item in our store.

Any product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned and shipping/handling charges are not refundable on any returns.

Nothing in our policies should be interpreted as affecting any statutory rights regarding refunds and returns (for example, faulty or damaged products). All other terms and conditions above will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time without further notice.
