Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada

Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada is our first collaboration rub, and it doesn’t get more iconically Texan than Lone Star Beer!

Inspired by Texas beer salt, this chilli lime seasoning gives your meat a zesty kick. It is great for chicken, but it’s flavor profile works with all proteins. Most importantly, Meatchelada will enhance your food without overpowering it.

Meatchelada is incredible with wings, fajitas and grilled meats, but is SO tasty on so many things. We’ve put it on raw oysters, boiled peanuts, fries, edamame, even green melon. And don’t forget, Meatchelada is the ultimate way to dress your Lone beer – a little on the rim of the glass or the neck of the bottle and you’re good to go.

To use: Apply to meat before cooking. Alternatively, for maximum flavor effect, use as a finishing seasoning by coating your cooked meats in Meatchelada.

MEATCHELADA IS GLUTEN FREE AND MSG FREE!

This shaker contains 4.5oz of product. It’s the same size and has the same volumetric amount of product as our other shakers, just a lighter weight blend.

Ingredients:  Spices, Salt, Citric Acid, Brown Sugar, Lime Powder, and Dehydrated Garlic.
