Smoking Sawdust 500g
Smoking sawdust made from a selection of 100% Australian wood. Â Perfect to add a delicate smoky flavour to your barbecued or grilled foods. Â Cold smoking has been used for many years and is a great way to add a light smoky flavour to cheeses, salmon, salami or cured meats. Â
We have a selection of 500g bags of sawdust including – Apple, Hickory, Sheoak, Mallee, Jam, Peach, Olive, Mesquite & Cherry.
