Bad Ass BBQ Beef Injection will add big bold beefy flavours to your home cooked meals.

Beef-tech injection has been used to help get consistent flavour into larger cuts of meat on the barbecue circuit.  Not only will it help to tenderise your meat but it will leave it bursting with flavour and moisture in no time – bet on it!

Beef flavour perfectly balanced with fresh black pepper and bay leaf make this beef injection a stand out.  It pairs especially well with large cuts of beef such as ribs or brisket.  With a delicious savoury flavour profile it is great it soups, stews and sauces making it a perfect match for Australian palates.


Flavour Profile

Robust rich beefiness, perfectly married with black pepper and uplifted by a hint of Bay Leaf.

How to use it

Dissolve 1/4 cup into 300mls of water, fruit juice or stock. Inject cold into 5-7Kg of meat. Rest @ 0-4°C for 4-6 hours.
