Mad Hunky Jerky Cure / Spice is a mild flavoured savoury mix. Create your very own great tasting Jerky at home.
It is simple and easy to use. Mix with water or 50% water & 50% other (non salty) liquid flavour and leave for 24hrs.
Each pack makes 1 batch only and has enough for 5lb of meat. It is recommended that the product should be brought to 160 deg. F (165 deg. F for Poultry) during the cooking process.
