Slow n Sear Deluxe has 50% extra searing power compared to a standard charcoal basket. The Slow ‘N Sear Deluxe Kettle Charcoal Basket brings backyard grilling and smoking in a charcoal kettle to a whole new level!
It will convert a standard kettle grill into a multi-functional outdoor cooking unit indirect slow cooking, high heat searing, roasting and baking. You could do it all with Slow N Sear!
The curved charcoal basket matches the contour of a 22″ kettle BBQ for maximum charcoal capacity. The space between the outer wall of the basket and the kettle wall creates an effective insulation barrier.
The water reservoir acts as a heat shield to help keep temperatures stable and a container for water when moisture is required for low n slow cooks.
The water reservoir is removable to allow for an expanded high-heat sear zone when needed. It holds up to 950ml of water that can last for 5+ hours. Additionally, the V-shape design ensures consistent steam production for 5+ hours.
