Slow n Sear Deluxe has 50% extra searing power compared to a standard charcoal basket.  The Slow ‘N Sear Deluxe Kettle Charcoal Basket brings backyard grilling and smoking in a charcoal kettle to a whole new level!

It will convert a standard kettle grill into a multi-functional outdoor cooking unit indirect slow cooking, high heat searing, roasting and baking.  You could do it all with Slow N Sear!

The curved charcoal basket matches the contour of a 22″ kettle BBQ for maximum charcoal capacity. The space between the outer wall of the basket and the kettle wall creates an effective insulation barrier.

The water reservoir acts as a heat shield to help keep temperatures stable and a container for water when moisture is required for low n slow cooks.

The water reservoir is removable to allow for an expanded high-heat sear zone when needed.  It holds up to 950ml of water that can last for 5+ hours.  Additionally, the V-shape design ensures consistent steam production for 5+ hours.

• The charcoal basket holds 80 to 100 briquettes depending on briquette size

• The removable water tank holds just over one quart (950ml) of water.  This provides an efficient thermal buffer between the charcoal and the indirect cooking zone, allowing for 5+ hours of steam generation. Remove the water pan to give yourself a larger sear zone for the ultimate Cold Grate Technique sear!

• Ventilated bottom plate design allows for lump charcoal and easy clean up

• The basket is made using a stainless steel rivet-based production method that is clear, sturdy, and long-lasting. This means that under high-heat loads, deformation is significantly reduced.

• Each Slow N Sear Deluxe is made from just over 3 kg of high-quality 16-gauge 430 stainless steel
